SkiCircle is committed to providing a website and digital experience that is accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

We aim to make this website easy to use, readable, and accessible across devices, assistive technologies, and input methods.

This includes supporting keyboard navigation, clear page structure, readable colour contrast, descriptive links, and meaningful alternative text where images provide important information.

Website accessibility standard

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical.

Ontario's AODA web accessibility requirements for covered organizations reference WCAG 2.0 Level AA, with limited exceptions. We use accessibility standards as practical guidance and do not claim this website is certified or fully conforms to any standard.

What we are doing

We review website accessibility during design, development, and content updates.

Checks may include keyboard testing, screen reader review, colour contrast testing, semantic HTML review, and automated accessibility scans.

Known limitations

We are continuing to improve accessibility of this website.

Some older content, third-party tools, embedded content, or user-generated content may have accessibility limitations.

When we identify an issue, we prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, and technical feasibility.

Feedback and support

We welcome feedback about accessibility of this website. Email accessibility at skicircle dot ca.

Please include the page URL, issue you experienced, assistive technology, browser, device, or input method you are using, where relevant.

We will review accessibility feedback and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
